What are your refund and exchange policies?
We believe that when we treat our customers fairly, you’re fair to us in return. (No pun intended.) Because of that, we handle our returns/refunds on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making you happy. Our philosophy is to deal with each return fairly and reasonably and provide solutions where everybody leaves a winner.

Return/Refund Policy: In the event we process a return/refund, we follow the below practices:
- We apply returns to the original purchase method, excluding shipping fees.
- If we choose to provide a refund and are unable to locate the original purchase information, we will return it at the current price on a The Middle Store Credit.
- Exchanges are limited to our current stock of inventory. If the item you originally purchased is no longer available, we'll offer a comparable substitute or give you store credit to use at another time.
- If you exchange for a higher priced item, we'll gladly charge you the difference between that item and your original purchase.
Do you take everything back?
We'll do our best to take care of you, but there are times we can’t accommodate a return.
Is there a time limit? What if the item is worn?
There is no time limit on returns; however, exchanges are limited to our current stock of inventory. If the item you originally purchased is no longer available, we’ll offer a comparable substitute or give you store credit to use at another time.
If your item is worn, we’ll do our best to take care of you and deal with your return as fairly as possible with an assumption that you’ll do the same. From time to time we may not accept a return.
Are there items you won't return?
We won't return items that are marked As-Is, custom orders, or where "no returns" is explicitly stated.
